Summer Blue Uniform




1. The Anchor should be postioned 1 1/2� above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2� out from the center.
2. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1 7/8� from the tip of the lapel.
3. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4� above the top of the pocket.


Winter Blue Uniform



1. The Anchor should be postioned 1 1/2� above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2� out from the center.
2. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1� out from the end of the lapel and 1� down from the top of the collar.
3. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4� above the top of the pocket.


Service Dress Blue Uniform



1. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1/2� up from the bottom of the lapel.
2. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4� above the top of the pocket.
3. The Anchor/Rank should be postioned 1 1/2� above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2� out from the center.


Working Khaki Uniform



1. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1 7/8� in from the end of the lapel
2. The Anchor/Rank should be postioned 1 1/2� above the bottom of the cover and it should also be postioned 2� out from the center.
3. The Service Stars/Name Plate should be postioned 1/4� above the top of the pocket.
4. NO SPECIAL AWARDS OR RIBBONS SHOULD BE WORN!
